There’s a new blogger in town Edmonton and she goes by the name of La Thrift. She searches high and low for great vintage pieces around Edmonton to create looks that vary from strictly vintage to a blend of old and new. The pieces are styled and personalized for the various models seen on the blog keeping viewers anticipating her weekly posts.

A photo shoot was long overdue and thankfully, my friend Laura and her shopping mall of a closet were available this past Sunday. After pulling my favourite pieces from her closet, I picked locations around her house to photograph her. I would love to hear what you think!

Last weekend, the Edmonton City Centre pedway filled up with fashion enthusiasts to celebrate the return of Edmonton’s Parlour Magazine.
La fin de semaine passé, des enthousiastes de la mode ont comblé le pedway du Edmonton City Centre pour célébrer le retour de Parlour Magazine.
The Parlour Life Dollhouse Fashion Show & Pop Up Store featured designers Genette Salgado, Malorie Urbanovitch and Sid Neigum as well as local stores Coup Boutique, Gravity Pope and Urban Fashion Group.
